Day One - Eat unlimited soup and any fruit except for bananas. Also drink plenty of unsweetened tea or water.

Day Two - Eat all the vegetables as much as you can, except for corn, dried beans, or peas. You may have a baked potato for dinner, but do not eat any fruit.

Day Three - Eat your soup with vegetables and fruits. However, don't eat baked potato on this day.

Day Four - Eat 8 bananas and then drink unlimited skim milk together with your soup.

Day Five - Eat 6 fresh tomatoes and 6 ounces of good beef (up to 3 portions only) with your soup. You may substitute the beef with skinless chicken. Make sure you drink water (about 6-8 glasses).

Day Six - Eat unlimited vegetables with your soup. You may consume beef (3 servings) again, but you may substitute it with broiled fish (one serving only). Don't eat potatoes on this day.

Day Seven - Eat any vegetable with your soup except potatoes. You may also take brown rice and unsweetened fruit juice.
