NJ Pick 6 is a form of lottery considered to be a game of chance. Lottery has many variations, one of which is NJ Pick 6, and although it is considered to be a game of chance, not all lottery variations have identical odds of winning. There are several factors to consider such as the entire population of numbers, tally of possible winning numbers, or the order wherein the numbers are drawn.
You can win in the NJ Pick 6 lottery, or lotto, by considering the following useful strategies:
- Learn how to balance a mix of odd and even numbers. It is very a rare that an all odd or an all even number combination will be drawn as the winning numbers. So you will be safe with an odd-even number combination. From this combination, you can draw out three patterns that account for the majority of the winning combinations. These patterns are: 2/4 and vice versa, and 3/3. 2/4 means a combination of two odd numbers and four even numbers or the other way around which is four odd numbers and two even numbers. 3/3 means, the odd and even numbers are equal- three odd numbers and three even numbers to hit the winning combination.
- You can also plan on the high and low number combination. In the NJ Pick 6 number field, you divide the numbers into half. The first half being the low numbers, and the other half being the high numbers. Similar to the odd-even number combination, it is rare occurrence that all low numbers or all high numbers will be drawn as the winning number combination. Again, following the formula above, three patterns can be drawn: 2/4 and vice versa, or 3/3 where in a 2/4 pattern, two numbers are from the low group and four numbers come from the high group, or the other way around, four numbers from the low group and two numbers from the high group. In a 3/3 combination, three numbers come from the low group combined with three numbers also from the high group.
- You can also analyze the past winning number combinations and from there determine number groups. You will see from the past winnings that a certain number group is not represented. For instance in a winning combination of 4-13-16-21-27-46, the number group that is not represented is the 30's. When you are able to track and carefully evaluate the occurrence of number groups in the past winning combinations, your chances of winning the NJ Pick 6 lotteries will increase.
- It will be valuable in an NJ Pick 6 lottery to remember repeat hits. By rule of averaging, one (1) number from the last winning drawn number combination will be a repeat hit 55 percent of the time.
These are just some of the useful strategies that you may want to carefully think about. But of course, if you really want to increase your chances of winning the NJ Pick 6 lotteries, it will be most beneficial to go with a proven system and a little luck on your side.
