For someone to be hypnotized, they must be willing to be hypnotized.

If you are looking to lose weight and have tried dieting, exercise, dietary supplements and weight loss pills but aren't getting the results that you desire, you should give self hypnosis a shot. To be successful in losing weight through self hypnosis one must not get discouraged when it doesn't work right away. You need to stick with it and use it consistently over time. Also, you cannot self hypnotize yourself for ten minutes and think it will work well enough. If you do it for close to 20 or 30 minutes per day you should be successful in your weight loss.
