This class explores various primal movements (on all fours) with the aim to equip the body in terms of strength, flexibility and mobility. We start with some mobility drills to prime the body before moving into a breakdown of animal flow and before building up towards a choreographed sequence! A whole body movement fix, full of animal locomotion. So let’s get moving and grooving my dudes!
