The body is designed for movement. Unfortunately, due to factors such as age, nutrition, activity level, stress and other things, we lose the ability to move well. And when pain, aches and stiffness become an accepted part of life, many of us move less, making the problem even worse!

A universally accepted aspect of fitness and health is stretching. We all know that some kind of stretching for the body is super beneficial. There are several kinds of stretches from passive to active, pnf, static, dynamic, ballistic and isometric to name some of the most popular.

But another way to regain mobility, flexibility, strength and overall health and wellness is to incorporate Primal Movement Patterns, also known as Primal Resets.

This video is based on some amazing material I discovered in a book by Geoff Neupert and Tim Anderson titled Original Strength. It’s a fantastic book to help people understand the simplicity of movement from our years as infants to full grown adults. The unfortunate thing is most of us stop moving like children by our late teenage years or early 20s.

And very quickly we lose muscular strength, balance, range of motion and overall muscle health.

In this video I wanted to share my passion for simple, foundation level movements that can restore true physical health. If done regularly, these exercises / movements will help to RESET the body and get it back to moving as it was intended to move, pain free!
