FOUNDATIONS OF PRIMAL FLOW | beginners primal movements for mobility and strength

This class introduces the foundations of what primal and animal flow is, with the aim to equip the body in terms of strength, flexibility and mobility. It is perfect if you are a beginner and want to get into this movement! We start with some mobility drills and games to prime the body before covering the main travelling forms, some transitions and reach positions. Each is broken down and explained and we finish with a choreographed sequence. A whole body deliciousness movement fix. So let’s get moving and grooving my dudes!
