The Primal Elements Program aims to develop all round fitness by focusing on the combination of natural movement and traditional Japanese 5 elements philosophy. The program is split into 18 different schools which can be studied in isolation or as one continuing flow of movement. The schools encompass:

Running Fighting
Lifting Balancing
Carrying Reacting
Jumping Climbing
Crawling Swimming
Rolling Landing
Coordinating Manipulating
Partner work Solo work

Before attempting these routines, for your safety, please note the following advice:
-Never climb beyond your ability
-test any branches for strength before committing – remember that no green shoots usually means that its dead!
-Workout with a partner where possible or in a public area
-Always know your location and have a mobile phone and a portable first aid kit on you
-Hands and feet slip off of wet branches
-Check the ground beneath the drop for sharp or hard objects
-Build up slowly
