I love Get Ups. This week’s download is a no-nonsense kind of movement. The Get-Up is a powerful core strengthener. It’s incredibly practical – getting up and down from the floor with efficiency and ease is a rather important life skill. And it physically feels really good to drive power and energy from my body into the floor/ground.
This is a big bang for your movement buck kind of movement. I highly encourage you to find a little space in your house (or wherever you’re at), check out the video, and start exploring your Get Up progressions over the weekend.
