My first video on primal movements did quite well and got a great response from you guys, so I decided I’ll make a playlist out of primal movement (I have a lot of playlists going now, eh?). So this next installment is a list of 20 different natural movement exercises that are approachable for just about anyone.
I’ve learned a lot of what I know about movement training from Animal Flow, a program by Mike Fitch from Gobal Bodyweight Training: https://animalflow.com/. However, some of the movements in this video are from other sources as well besides Animal Flow.
To use this video, watch the exercises repeatedly and try them for yourself. Don’t force anything and risk injury – simply do your best to accomplish the movement or position without any strain or pain. As you do movement training you’ll notice your mobility and stability improving gradually. The more movement practice you do, the better you’ll get.
