Hanna’s primal Workout – Zoom Fitness Ally Pally

This is a bodyweight workout leaning towards primal movement and it is suitable for all fitness levels. We are working towards strength, agility and flexibility whilst exploring all the cool stuff your body can do in a free and flowing atmosphere. I will make sure to provide good music and make you sweat and you will most probably leave feeling balanced and uplifted.

Once you finish your fun filled morning, grab a bite to eat at North London’s favourite farmers market – Hanna recommends the Jamaican roti wrap!!
