Hey All! Here is a quick acceptance and commitment exercise to try to help adjust your mode and increase your psychological flexibility. By mode I mean the definition of it which is a way or manner in which something occurs or is experienced, expressed, or done. Since the thinking mind tends to focus on problems, we should put some practices in place to help balance out the equation. That is what I will walk you thru in this video.
