With a wealth of experience working in NHS mental health services Sarah now focuses on supporting clients to achieve a healthy relationship with physical activity, whether that be to maintain a consistent exercise routine or reduce the risk of exercise dependence.
Sarah is passionate about helping clients to understand their own values to help them lead a fulfilling life.
